Our choice of raw materials is strongly focused on regional produce. The flavour is characterised by Bavarian grains, malts and special yeasts. Consistent and very precise distillation with explicit separation of the pre and post runs produce an intense and pure, raw distillate. A low cask strength of 50-55% and professional barrel management ensure optimum maturation. This, in combination with soft water from the Stonewood, creates a very natural and very special whisky.
