If you still need a letter of invitation regardless of this decree, you can easily create it yourself. Please fill out the following form with your personal data. Please pay particular attention to the correct spelling of your details, as these will be adopted unchanged. You will then receive an e-mail with your personal letter of invitation to print out.
All products containing nicotine are subject to tobacco tax. This includes e-liquids too!
Tobacco products are subject to a tobacco tax in Germany. Customs duty and import sales tax must also be paid on import. In addition, there are numerous regulations to protect the health of consumers, such as warnings on the packaging. Tobacco taxes are levied on all tobacco products, even when used as a template.
To avoid discrepancies with the authorities, here are brief instructions on how tobacco products can be imported into Germany. It is important that you order goods shipments early and on time. The import will be rejected by customs if it does not arrive on time or without the necessary warnings.
